What we look for.
Not credentials. Not titles. Not years of experience. What we care about:
- Measurable work. You've built something (a campaign, a site, a content programme, a piece of infrastructure) and you can show what actually moved.
- Restraint. You can edit. You can say no. You can leave the extra slide out of the deck. Pattern matching to "more is better" is a disqualifier.
- Honesty about uncertainty. You say what you don't know. You don't bluff in a meeting. You ask the obvious question others won't.
- AI literacy. Not "I've used ChatGPT" but actual integration of AI workflows into how you do the work, with judgement about when it helps and when it makes the output worse.
