By using the site you agree to these terms. Paid client engagements are governed by a separate written agreement or statement of work; where that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement wins.
What the site offers.
The site describes our digital marketing services (including AI SEO, GEO, SEO, PPC, content, video, social, web design, and email) and lets you request a free AI visibility audit. The audit is a genuine assessment prepared by us, provided free and without obligation — it is not a binding proposal, and either of us can decide not to proceed after it.
No guarantees of specific outcomes.
Search rankings, AI citations, advertising performance, and traffic are decided by third-party systems (Google, OpenAI, Perplexity, Meta, and others) that we do not control and that change without notice. Content on this site — including case studies, statistics, and guides — describes what has worked and what we believe is current best practice. It is information, not a promise that your business will achieve the same results, and it is not professional advice for your specific situation.
Your use of the site.

Governing law.
If you access the site or engage us from India, these terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Mohali, Punjab have jurisdiction. If you access the site or engage us from the United States or anywhere else, these terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, and the state and federal courts located in New York County have jurisdiction. In both cases, we'll always try to resolve any issue directly with you first.
Changes.
We may update these terms as the services evolve. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version; continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
