This site is operated by GLISCO LAB LLC ("GliscoLab", "we", "us"), with offices at 1325 Avenue of the Americas, New York, NY 10019, USA and 202A, D270, Phase-8B, Vista Business Tower, Mohali, Punjab 140307, India. This policy explains what we collect on gliscolab.com, why, where it goes, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect what you type into our forms, we use consent-gated analytics to understand how the site is used, we run no advertising trackers, and we never sell your data.
What we collect, and when.
Information you give us. When you submit the audit form, the contact form, or the onboarding form, we collect what you enter: your name, email address, phone number, company name, country, industry, the services you are interested in, and any message you write. When you subscribe to the newsletter, we collect your email address.
Usage data, only after you consent. We do not set analytics cookies until you click Accept on the cookie banner. If you accept, we use Google Analytics 4 (traffic and page-use statistics) and Microsoft Clarity (anonymised session heatmaps and recordings) to understand how the site is used, and our live chat widget becomes available. If you decline or ignore the banner, none of these load. Your consent choice itself is stored in your browser's local storage — not on our servers.
Hosting logs. The site is hosted on Vercel, which processes standard server logs (IP address, request URL, user agent) to serve and secure the site.
Where your information goes.
Form submissions are delivered to two places: our customer relationship management system (HighLevel / LeadConnector) so we can respond and track the conversation, and our email inbox at info@gliscolab.com via a form relay service (formsubmit.co). If you book a call, scheduling runs through Calendly under its own privacy policy. If you contact us on WhatsApp, that conversation is governed by WhatsApp's terms. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information with anyone, and we do not share it with advertising networks.

How long we keep it.
Enquiry and client records are kept for as long as we have an active relationship with you, and for a reasonable period afterwards for legal and accounting purposes. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is retained per Google's and Microsoft's standard retention settings.
Your rights.
You can ask us at any time to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You can withdraw analytics consent by clearing your browser's site data for gliscolab.com, which resets the cookie banner. To exercise any of these rights, email info@gliscolab.com — we respond to every request. Depending on where you live (including the EU/UK under GDPR, California under CCPA, or India under the DPDP Act), you may have additional statutory rights; we honour access, correction, and deletion requests from everyone regardless of jurisdiction.
International transfers.
We operate from both the United States and India, so information you submit may be processed in either country, as well as by the service providers named above in the countries where they operate.
Children.
Our services are for businesses. The site is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy.
If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and the "last updated" date above. Material changes will be flagged on the site.
